Our one-day, project-based courses are designed for exactly that: to give you a tangible, confidence-boosting outcome that you can proudly say you made yourself.

Every carpentry course at Women On The Tools culminates in a project you get to take home. It’s about more than just a piece of furniture; it’s a powerful symbol of your newfound skills and confidence. Take a look at some of the incredible work our participants have done in just a few hours.

So, what makes this transformation happen so quickly? We’ve designed our entire learning experience to be different from traditional, often intimidating, workshops.

• No Assumed Knowledge: We start from the absolute beginning, assuming you have no prior experience at all. This is the part where many participants say things like, “This course just paid for itself!” after learning something as simple as how to use a tape measure.

• A Safe, Women-Only Space: Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of six participants, and they are for women only. This creates a comfortable environment where you can ask questions and make mistakes without fear of judgment.

• Tangible Success: By the end of the day, you will have a finished project in your hands. The doubt you felt at the start thinking “I can’t do that”—is replaced by a buzzing, undeniable sense of accomplishment.
